Saving money is extremely straight forward and really doesn’t require much effort or knowledge. All you have for to be is dedicated to the money saving cause and then you will have a great platform from which to make the lifestyle changes needed. So many of us are just comfortable with the amount of money we pay each month on our bills and aren’t able to quantify actions.
I appreciate the main problem is with quantification, it is so very difficult to work out the cost of taking a bath or flushing the toilet but you just have to think of a bigger picture. There are so many extremely simple ways to save and while many reading this will think they are too simple,
I assure you they work. Simple taking a 5 minute shower a day, no more and never take a bath can reduce your water bill by a long way. It is just down to you as a person, if you see the benefit of saving, and there are many, then doing the initial research and working out the best way forward won’t be a problem, in fact for many it will be enjoyable. You can be as frugal or frivolous as you like but bear in mind that anything you cut back on saves you money.
Be Strict
You have got to be strict if you are hoping to save money. We live in a period of economic uncertainty and it is therefore very important to save as much money as possible wherever you can. One of the constants in life is that we all have to pay for our energy.
That is just the way the world works I am afraid and it is therefore imperative not to pay over the odds for what you have.
So few people know about the easy ways in which you can save and that is down to our governments, they have the information but really don’t push it. Just spend a little time researching, finding out what areas you want to target and make sure that everyone in your home knows about it.
Have a Target
Dig out your old bills and work out how much you spend every year (or month) on your bills and then try and gage how much you want to cut from it over a year. It is the simplest and most effective way that I have found to save money, it doesn’t involve anything other than a bit of hard work and determination, oh and a little maths.
Understand the Process
It is important to know how rigid you have to be in order to successfully save. Fair enough it is simple to pretend you are saving much just make sure that you stick to each and every aspect of it. Saving is simple people, just make some cuts, don’t flush the toilet after a wee, boil the kettle to the level you need.
If you want to take a simple route, there are so tools that can help massively. You can get a shower head by Agua Flux that is designed to reduce the flow of water through the shower head and thus reduce the amount of water waste, cool right?
